Sapa Charm Hotel
Special thanks to Alex, a very helpful tour agent. We had our pleasure tour in Hanoi, Tam Coc, Hoa Lu, Sapa and Halong Bay. She was very flexible in the tour arrangements when she know that there might be typhoon coming during our trip to Halong Bay. The arrangement was really awesome and suit us. I remember the night we came back from Sapa, we have been transferred to Anise Hotel but our luggage still remain in An Nam Legend Hotel. Both hotel assistants were unable to send our luggage to us. With just a call, she decided to send the luggage personally without any hesitation. Many thanks to this lovely lady. Wish you have a prosperous business in future.
Alex is very nice and friendly. She treat us very nice coffee and tea when we first arrived Hanoi and also at the night to Sapa. Halong Bay arrangement was good. We stayed at Halong V'Spirit Cruise, very nice room and food. They serve fresh and yummy seafood! However, please take note that they only provide 1 complimentary small bottle per pax per night. Lunch & dinner do not include drink. Sapa arrangement was ok too. The room in Sapa House is very big, clean and cosy. Sapa is a very beautiful place. However, there are a few points for improvements: 1. Try not to arrange the last cabin in the night train to Sapa as it is right next to the toilet. It was too smelly we can't sleep throughout the journey. 2. Sapa driver and tour guide are a bit irresponsible and I always have to check with Alex again on the arrangement. We also enjoyed our last breakfast in Hanoi before catching the morning flight. The lady tour guide (I forgot her name) is very nice and friendly. She brought us to the famous pho restaurant, Pho 10 and treat us nice coffee and tea. Overall, it was a pleasant journey and we enjoyed the trip, thank you Alex for all the arrangement!
We are so lucky to have Alex organising for our 5 days 4 nights Hanoi/Sapa tour. She manage to help us organising such a wonderful and complete itinerary from airport pick, nice hotel, nice food and tour guides in a short period of times. We actually only confirmed with her on Tuesday 14/6 and our flight is 18/6. She did a fantastic job by making all the arrangement even in a such a short notice of 5 days. Job Well done Alex, we are so happy to have you as our travel organiser. Will definately highly recommend to anyone who wanted to go to Vietnam/Hanoi!
This is my first time visited to Hanoi & Halong Bay with full arrangement by Alex from The Light Travel. Obsoletely, it was a great trip for 6D5N with the perfect arrangement by Alex. Wonderful places that we visited are Hanoi city tour, Sa Pa, Cat Cat Village, Fansipan Legend & overnight cruise at Halong Bay. Once again thank you The Light Travel and Alex, definitely will strong recommend to all my friends who interested to visit Vietnam for their vacation.
I feel very thankful for having The Light Travel to arrange my 7D6N trip with family in Hanoi. So lucky to have Miss Alex to arrange my trip and she managed to arranged it in short times which I contacted her end of Aug and my trip is in Sept. The schedule she had arranged for us are flexible. Overall my family and I are satisfied with all the arrangement. Plentiful for our lunch and dinner and all the food are appetizing and delectable. We got to enjoy street foods such as Banh My, Beef Noodle & Egg Coffee. All are superb tasty. We really enjoyed it. For the city tour, our tour guide Mr Ouc aka Mr Lucky are superb. He explained to us about the histories in Vietnam patiently. For our Sa Pa tour, experiences like sleep on the train and local market abit new for us but quite enjoyed it. Beautiful scenery along way to Sa Pa too. Our local tour guide Miss Wine (So sorry I forgot how to pronounce it) was nice and told us many things about the minorities in Sa Pa. Trip to Halong Bay which is 1 of the World's 7 Wonder of Nature, we experienced to stay on the cruise and some activities there too. We even went to Sung Sot Cave. It's abit tiring to go up there but trust me it's worth. We also got the chance to wnjoy the Water Puppet Show during our last night in Hanoi. Thanks to The Light Travel..!! Thumbs Up for everything
