Popular with expats in the know, this quirky spot directly on the train tracks won’t be for everyone, but those who like it, will love it. A wide range of delicious Vietnamese cuisine is cooked to order by the eccentric owner-chef who ferments her own rice wine: it’s strong and delicious.
Small but very cozy place with its special atmosphere. Try Pink Lemon Rice Wine and you'll fall in love with taste and pleasant warmth inside! Yuuum
Nice bar staff and you can actually see the train running here after 6pm or something. Opens at around 5:30pm. Prices are a bit more than at other places.
A humble local pub offering local whiskeys and decent pairing dishes (món nhậu). I totally enjoyed despite the tricky location, the slow service & the poor speakers (oh you may wire your own music).
They make all their own rice wine, and you get the novelty of watching the train roll past every now and then!
The train, the rice wine, the atmosphere, the owner, makes this place so special, love it !
Go down Le Duan and walk along the tracks. Đi đường Nguyễn Khuyến, vào đường sắt. :-)
