Negotiate your way to the rear of this narrow, rustic establishment and sit down to some excellent pho bo (beef noodle soup). A classic Hanoi experience that hasn’t changed in decades.
One of the best beef pho in Hanoi. The special thing of this pho is that they use stir-fried beef, not raw beef as in other places. the soup is super, and it has an unique taste.
50K VND for a bowl of the best pho you're going to have in Hanoi. Their hot sauce is wonderful but don't go too crazy with it - it'll make the broth at the end super spicy!
Le pho ici est un peu différent de la recette traditionnelle: du boeuf au wok avec de l'ail ;) C'est l'orgasme culinaire et je vous dit ça en tant que Hanoien born and raise. Prenez les beignets aussi
Pho!!!! Oh man, what to say other than The Rule: if a place has a bunch of locals in it, it is either good, or cheap, or both. I could eat another bowl already.
There’s only one dish and it’s not to be missed! You could add hot sauce, lime, etc, but I’d argue it’s better unadulterated!
The best PHO in Hanoi, for sure. I always eat here when I need something good for lunch. Highly recommended.
The broth is the best I’ve ever had. Meat adds a nice smoky flavor. Green onions are mild. Hot sauce is good but the broth is so good, you don’t need it. I like the lime option on the tables. Must try
Light soup but intense flavor. No need to add anything. Pay 60K upfront, sit and food will come (You tiao 6 big piece 10k). My most favorite so far
60,000 VND for a big bowl of delicious pho. Speedy and locally atmosphere. You have to try it if you come to Hanoi.
@Timothy: Actually there are many Phở shop called "Phở Thìn" in Hanoi but there're two origins, one at No.13 Lò Đúc (not No.2, please correct) and one at 61 Đinh Tiên Hoàng. These two "Phở Thìn" are d
