We enjoyed our trip with Aclass Cruises. We met some nice people from different countries on boat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The guide Duke was very entertaining. The weather wasn't that good during our visit but they helped us make the best of it.We like the kayak around the floating village very much!

We booked the Aclass Legend Cruise via Bestprice Vietnam, and everything was smooth and promptly handled. The bus picks you up at your hanoi hotel and drops you off at the bay area, inclusive of a 30minute rest stop for the restroom and coffee. The guide with us - Tom, was earnest and sincere, always taking the initiative to make sure we were well taken care of. The cruise was clean and fully-equipped with the necessary amenities, and meals was an impressive 7-8 course, and always served swiftly. My family does not take beef, and the kitchen staff was kind enough to replace the beef dishes with two other options. A point to note would be that we went during the season where there was very low visibility, and so we were not privy to the amazing view that we were expecting, we were told that late April might be a better time to go. The cruise staff also always made it a point to wipe the deck seats dry after the rain, even without our request, which I thought was a very nice touch. The cruise offers a morning taichi class, 30 minutes of which I think would be more appropriate if marketed as a 'morning exercise' The instructor was actually the manager of the cruise, and he barely looked at the group, nor led the group along the specific breathing points which I believe are quite essential to taichi. Aside from that though I would highly recommended Aclass legend for the cleaniness and hospitality!
